Pathcare sends bills even though service was paid for on the day

Pathcare continues to send bill via email as unpaid even though the service for COVID testing was paid for on the day of the service, and we have sent them bank records of the payment to their account.

Someone needs to look into this as a major Pathcare fraud case.
