Westbury clinic staff
No sense of service or urgency

The workers at the Westbury clinic show no feeling of urgency. My daughter's visit was on Saturday, March 19, 2022, however they were unable to assist her due to her coughing, which I understand. So they set a date for her on March 22, 2022, and we explained that she had school because she was in matric, and Dr. Nkhuna said she may ask for him when she arrived at the clinic. She came at the clinic and was told that she could not be helped and that she should return TODAY, March 23, 2022. She arrived at the clinic at 6:45 a.m., and it opened at 7:00 a.m. We were told she would not miss her lessons, which began at 8:00 a.m., but she was still not aided at 10:00 a.m.
