Paid in advance before due date and they suspend

THEY ARE TERRIBLE WE ALSO BATTLING WITH THEM. WE ARE OUT THE COUNTRY AND HAVE PAID THEM ON THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH WHILE WE HERE AND HAVE RECEIVED SMS THAT OUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. AS I'M TYPING MY WIFE IS TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. OUR MONEY HAS GONE THROUGH. IT IS COSTING ME NOW CALLING FROM USA WAITING FOR A CONSULTANT - SICK SICK SICK COMPANY. There are a few people and friends of mine going through the same issues.
