Can't get through to get authorization

Medihelp, you should appoint more personnel to do authorizations as we just can't get through to you. I even read on your own site that people must get authorization and try to phone and send emails but you don't respond. You are supposed to be one of the top medical aids, but what is the use if a person needs an operation and can't get through to you to do it. Most people work during the day or phone from cell phones and can't hold on indefinitely. If you phone other numbers, the standard answer is that the lines are busy. If this is the case all the time, you should by now have realized that you need more personnel. We pay a lot of money every month and in this economic climate, we can't afford to have high telephone bills just because you don't want to appoint enough personnel. Maybe we must report you to the medical ombudsman??? Or even better, do you want your poor service on facebook??
