Upon my dads passing, i called Bonitas to terminate his membership and transfer my mum to the main member, a simple instruction. They have been on this medical aid for for then 12 years. 3 weeks later and the query hasnt been resolved. my mum is without medical aid. this is the worst service i ever received, you are dealing with peoples lives. take your jobs more seriously
