On January 19 I received the following email from Barry Sundelson, of Discovery Health:

Dear xxx

Discovery is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we rely on feedback from our clients to tell us how we're doing.

You called us on Thursday and spoke to Pamela Malefane. Please rate the quality of your interaction with Pamela Malefane on a scale from 1 to 10 (where 10 is the best score and 1 is the worst). Please click on the value and click send.

The problem I have with this interaction is that I made no such call and clearly my information was accessed and referred to in someone else's call.

I responded, on January 19 to inform Mr Sundelson of this and to request urgent feedback about why and how this had occurred. I am yet to receive response and have sent reminder emails.

I am left with no choice but to post here as I cannot get the senior person in charge, Mr Sundelson, to respond.
