Her SERVICE IS AMAZING.Always patient, no matter how difficult the query can be, and again she is very PROFFESIONAL.Such people are an asset of the company, they are realy needed. I feel she must be promoted to a trainer, she must train all the client services staff of Medscheme. She really deserves more. What l like about her again is she knows and understand the product.
