I would like to commend Deon from the Bonitas/medscheme call centre for giving me awesome service today, this is the first time i feel that the service was so wow to actually log a compliment about, i called in to query my claims and i didn't have practice numbers but i had the provider names and service dates and he helped me without a problem and most importantly he had a warm and welcoming voice. Keep it up Deon and i hope that you can rub off on the other agents over there.
