Two Willowbrook recliner chairs were ordered December 12th, 2013 and delivered January 30th. 2014 and fully paid for (R 55000). Mechanically the chairs were functioning well but they turned out to be highly uncomfortable as the seats and backs were hard as stone causing neck and back pains. Also the alterations to one of the chairs had not been made as proposed by the sales person.
Mr. Nunns offered to try softening them but we did not want to accept a " doctored " product.
I requested Mr. Nunns to take back both chairs WITHOUT reimbursing the money paid. This reasonable request fell on deaf ears, Mr. Nunn bluntly refused to take them back for which he gave no acceptable reason.
I consider this very customer unfriendly and fail to understand the companies service philosophy. Is there something fundamentally wrong with Willowbrook Recliners or with the company " HealthCare and Mobility who sells them?
Two brand new chairs are now going to the junkyard as I do not wish to unload them on any other human being.
A total waste of energy and materials!
