Discovery Vitality can't deliver on promises

I have been trying since October last year to have my fitness activities uploaded to their Website to have them count towards retaining my Diamond status. I have so many reference numbers that i have lost count. They keep promising to sort the problem out (i have given them all the info that they have requested) but still they fail to deliver. I promised them that failure to sort out the issue will result in me contacting hellopeter!!
