Vitality is a rip off!

To whom it may concern,

I am so upset with Vitality. I got a gym contract for my husband and at that time paid a huge joing fee of R800, just because he didn't make enough visits they cancelled his contract. when I went to Virgin active the consultant said to me that they normally give you 60 days to rejoin without paying a joining fee. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM VITALITY about this. Now the joining fee is over R1100. Instead of cancelling the contract, you could have raised the monthly fee and communicate with your members TELEPHONICALLY ATLEAST!

Just to think I have my policies with you guys!
End of the day this makes DISCOVERY a rip off!
