And general bad service

I was admitted on the 27th of December I was placed in a private ward. I had my hand bag with me at the time and the contents thereof where my cellphone, cash, bottle of 800ml of lacoste perfume and bank cards and id. My husband the came the next day and dropped of my bag with toiletries and clothes etc. The very next morning-29 Dec I wake and see two cleaners/people that remove medical waste standing in my room whispering. They leave and I get my bag to check for my cellphone and realise that my bottle of lacoste and euphoria perfume have been. I ask for the sister/matron on duty i tell them whats happened and they say theres nothing they can do. They say they will investigate but till today I've heard nothing. I followed up repeatedly and was brushed off sayong I musy get over it. The stuff is gone. I wrote an email complainong about my property and no-one has ever responded to date. The only time anyone from Life Health Care responds to complaints about services e.g being billed inorrecly or submitting incorrect claims is when you threaten them with the board of health funders. They dont treat black patients with the same regard as their white counterparts
