Hospital claims going to OHEB

My son was born on 11 Jan 2014 and needed to stay in the NICU. Flora clinic informed Fedhealth of this and they gave reference numbers while waiting to put my son on my medical aid.

My was added and now all his hospital claims - pathology etc is going through on my OHEB when you are aware that he is STILL in the Neonatal ICU.

I've sent numerous emails querying this with NO response. What is the hold up?
