I had a huge problem with you guys and getting a quote the last time. I decided to try again. I called the call centre dreading the transfer i got the last time and went through to a sweet lady who assisted me and gave my number to Barry Kyle to call me. I told him what i wanted, that time was an issue as i'm extremely busy and he took the time to clarify my doubts. I asked him what i needed to send and he came through to see me and made it a quick and easy task BUT with great customer service. Well done, i can actually say i'm a proud member of discovery health and vitality!!!
