I have been a member of Vitality over 10 years. Last year since September I was promised that I would be a diamond member from this year. I have written emails 3x to find out why is the upgrade taking so long. Eventually I went to Discovery in Canal Walk and had the agent there phone Vitality (no persons in Cape Town). Eventually the agent came back to me to advise I was a few hundred points short of gold status in 2011. This I find hard to believe! Especially since Discovery trumpeted on my profile that I would be a diamond from this year - since Sept last year. I have another complaint about Discovery, but that is another complaint re claim of medication...! What's happening, another big conglomerate that is loosing focus? There are plenty!
