Incompetent call agent and poor service delivery

Once again I am disgruntled by the service provided by Bonitas. Their call centre agents are rude for starters. They do not know how to handle an irrate customer. They raise their voice on customers. I have been dealing with them for the past two weeks now for the very same issue and it looks like nobody cares in this company. They are actually putting my life at stake. They requested me to request my doctor to send them a motivation on my medication, which my doctor has done. I was told that it will take 24 to 48 hours for me to get feedback but now today I get told that it takes 5 to 7 days. BONITAS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY MEDICAL AID IN SOUTH AFRICA AND PLEASE DON'T EVER ASK AN INCOMPETENT CALL CENTRE AGENT LIKE KOKOI TO CALL ME AGAIN. It is about time you employ people who knows how to express themselves or train them properly on customer service. I pay for this service, it is not free. you can all got ot for all I care.
