No response from call centre / chronic medication

I received a chronic medication script from my doctor, the doctor did not want to change my medication because after many trials it was the found to be the best medication for my condition, they refused to pay it.
I have tried to terminate my medical aid and do not get replies from my e-mail queries, these queries only get answered in 2 weeks if you are lucky. They expect a months notice to terminate the medical aid policy and do not accept that it should be terminated from the date that I first contacted the call center by phone.
It has taken them till the 16th to send me a mail telling me that I now have to send them a signed letter of my intent to terminate. I will be taking my story to the press and let everyone know of my ordeal with Bonitas.
