Unbelievable rudeness

I cannot believe for the last two days I have received such poor service from the call centre agent Steven to his team leader who still hasn't called me back to the manager Elaine I requested the next level of managent and Elaine refused to provide me with that information. And after two days of dealing with the chronic department I still don't have my medication.the is just no human element felt when dealing with Bonitas.i really wish I could change medical aids today because I really do not want to deal with such rude people again.
