Good day,
My Dad is a pensioner staying in Carolina - Mpumalanga
He is a member of Bonitas after working for Iscor for 35 years.
He is dependant on Pharmacy Direct to deliver his high blood pressure and diabetes medicine
It happens very often that only half of his prescription is delivered, if it is delivered on time.
The rest of the time the prescription is delivered late.
He often needs to purchase the remaining half of his prescription from the local pharmacy - at own cost.
Bonitas, Pharmacy Direct is a terrible service provider and is giving you a BAD name.
