3years late

I left diccovery in sep. 2009 . gave them a month notice. got new medical aid . after 3 years they say that i owe them. R1674.93. after the f letter in okt. 2012 i faxed them a letter to tell them that 3years had passed and that they cannot clain anything from me. somebody contacted me telling me that he is passing my letter to the accounts and that they will come back to me. then i received a nother letter stating that i owe them this amount. i phoned them and spoke to edward pillay/discovery health operations. he sent me a bill for this claims. it did not realy mean anything after 3years. who can remember that far back.? i emailed him after i spoke to a lawyer. she said that they cannot claim from me after 3years (dit her verjaar) and that if they blacklist me as the said they will do, i can sue them for "naam skending".. i told this to edward.never heard from him again and just today received a letter from discovery telling me that i had been blacklisted. the fax no that i used as on the letter was 011 539 2506/ phone no. 0860998877. my membership no. was 288101331. i am joan brand, 0822954811, 0177780031, p.o.box 154 greylingstad 2415. please HELP me with this matter. regards
