DISCOVERY BLACKLISTED ME CAUSE OF THEIR ERROR

It has come to our attention that Discovery blacklisted me without my knowledge. I lost my work last year Jan and were on their medical aid. I however got a new job and started working their in middle Feb. The lady who comes out to our work from Discovery who does the paperwork Tracey was given these information and I also gave her my membership number. She however did not continue with our current medical aid and cancelled it and took out a new application that only came to my attention now. They say that they have sent me an letter of demand, but according to law a letter of demand needs to be posted by registered post and the addressee of the letter needs to sign for the letter. I haven't received any correspondence from them. Now they say that my work must sort it out and also alleges that they have sent these letters to my work. The lady at our offices who works with this however denied ever getting a letter from Discovery for my intention. I will not accept responsibility for their personnel's incompatibility, their call centre said that if they can prove it is a fault from their offices, I will not be held liable for this. I've been trying for 2days to phone them with no answe
