NO refund on claims/ISSUES with claims

I have sent through my claims for clinic (Storks Nest) fees that I had to pay in cash when I took my twins for their immunisations on 20/09/2012, 18/10/2012, 22/11/2012 and 10/01/2013. The first time I sent the claims in I received a letter that my medical aid nr was incorrect and the pratice nr for the clinic. The clinic assisted, explained the pratice nr issue and corrected the member nr as requested. I sent it through again on 22/01/2013. Today I received a "claims processed" email that the monies have been paid to the supplier and that some codes were incorrect. Again the clinic assisted and aid that those are system generated codes and has always been the same and accepted by all medical aids (incl BANKMED). On the invoices it stipulates that they are a CASH PRACTICE. There was also a letter attached to confirm all the info and payments made by me. Bankmed still wont pay because they need a "PAID" stamp. This is completely and utterly disappointing and is costing me money for telephone calls back and forth! If there are incompetent people assessing the claims, it's not my problem. I expect these monies for the services rendered in my account ASAP as well as an explanation!!!
