Bad Attitude

We have been using Spec-Savers for the last - 15 years. My wife experienced bad service from this branch and called head office and reported the incidence. They did get the manager Linda to call my wife, which she did only to justify her actions, No apology for her dodgy service. This is the last time that my family will use this franchise.
