Ever since I was a member of discovery I have received nothing but bad service, I'm 9 months pregnant at the moment and I almost lost my baby because of what discovery put me through.
I found a Hospital and a Doctor at the time was Doctor Moodley. I made an appointment with Dr Moodley I was comfortable with her and clinton until January came, firstly let me point out that I was not aware there would be an increase in membership fee's I should've been told.
Then every time It came close 2 the time of appointment my medical would decline the doctor I was about to see I was then left to go and find another doctor. I eventually got fed up I asked them for a list of doctors and hospitals I can go to, in a rude manner I was told to go on the net, which I had done and received no information relevent to me, at this time it january im 8 months pregant I have no doctor and no hospital booked I explained this to the agents and It started to stress me out, I was unhappy with the way I was treated after about a 50 calls made to thhe medical aids, gynaecologist & hospitals I was at a dead. I went into distress and finally one agen helped me all to find the fault was their side.
