MEd aids dont answer emails and then reject claims

I have been struggling since May to have accounts paid as the medical aid only helps you with 2 queries at a time and then you have to go back in the queue. IT took me one and half hours to get 6 authorisataion numbers rectified from the auth department, then you have to wait for more than 30min for someone to answer the phone on the claims section which is not always possible to do. they do not reply to emails and do not do their job effectively. They could change their call poliucy and help each person until their problems have been resolved, this will take much quicker to do, Discovery handles it quite well, why cant they.
