IGNORING MY EMAILS

The Hospital Benefit Management department of Bonitas Medical Fund is ignoring my emails and requests for an amended letter of authorisation to be issued for my sleep study. The HBM department attached a condition of payment for this treatment, despite my condition being a PMB which should legally be paid in full by the medical scheme. The HBM is now ignoring my emails while my high blood pressure remains a serious concern for my doctors. I should also mention that this matter has been pending and delayed since October 2012. PLEASE ONLY REPLY BY EMAIL.
