On the 25 October I signed a verbal contract with Discovery Health using the Broker Jenus Health. I must admit the service was great and I was happy with the person who assisted me in this matter.
The reason for the complaint is that since the inception I've recently been told by Discovery that my contract has been voided due to non-disclosure of an accident that took place in 2012. Because of this now I'm without medical aid and at risk. The issue is I'm trying to dispute this matter but Jenus Health do not pick up their phones, no matter what time of day you call. I've not been able to reach anyone once in 2 days and have spent more than 5 hours in total holding on! This is absurd beyond believe. I've not received one reply on email or a call back - but on the day I requested a quote I got a call within 2 hours??? Really?
I need this recording of the verbal contract to see whether I am at fault or the non-disclosure questions have not been stated correctly or even worse not asked.
