NO HELP

My 2 year old son needs to go for a small procedure. its over a week now to get a procedure code. Now they realised a week later no its dental, I need to call someone else at Spectra-med for a code. AS it gets dragged along we are losing our appointment with the surgeon.

they will also use every excuse so that the funds come out of the savings. Don't know whats the use of having full medical aid for. might as well degrade to hospital plan as I pay for everything anyway
