Discrimination and Judgment against Age

9/1/2013 I received a claim from the Medical Aid, Once received I Query was raised with the Medical Aid upon the amount and what was it for. The Medical Aid requested I call the company and find out more information. This was done and once I started to question how the claim was being processed (regarding the descriptions around the Claim) I was then requested that I call the Owner, after the Sectary agreed that the description of the claim did not make sense.
I received another call and this turned "South" I was told that there is a problem now because I am of an younger age and that I have a lack of Brain power. The Sectary proceeded to get really upset and threaten me with other charges and how dare I question what it is the Company does and how they charge for the product. I am in full right to query the Price of the Product, as there is no price indication on the Signed document once I left the hospital.

I feel that if someone makes use of a service or has purchased a product, age should not become an issue a customer stays an customer.
Is Querying something you don`t understand a Crime and leaves you open for bad mouthing.
Claim was paid but yet I am still at fault?
