Lack of interest in resolving problems

I joined bankmed in November 2013 last year and for some reason my two children were mistakenly excluded as my dependents. I then asked bankmed to include them but when I called them in December I was told that they were still not included as my dependents. I asked them to include them effective December 2013 which they promised to but never kept that promise. Bankmed over charged me and every time I call them (min 35min per call) they just can't solve my problem. How can I trust people with my health when they fail to resolve minor problems?
