Blatant ignorance and lack of customer service

I am a service provider that is still awaiting payment for a December 2012 bankmed account. I have called the call centre on several occassions (19 Dec 2012, 3 Jan 2013, 8 Jan 2013, 15 Jan 2013, 16 Jan 2013, 17 Jan 2013 and 21 Jan 2013) regarding this ONE account!! I still have no clear answer on what is happening as I am told different stories by each consultant. I have been promised that the team leader would return my call and to date I have yet to hear from her (a lady named Devi Niewout or something similiar to that)... Absolutely terrible service!! I have each consultant's name that I have spoken to and most of the call's that I have made to Bankmed have lasted longer than 20minutes in duration.

I would appreciate a response from Bankmed regarding this matter as I am beyond the point of anger.
