Health & Medicine

We checked in on 2 Jan 2014 and checked out on 5 Jan 2014. The first two nights were nice, apart from housekeeping coming into the room while we were sleeping at around 14:30 when we just checked in. On 4 Jan at around 21:30, I was ready to get into bed and as I pulled the duvet off the bed, I saw a red stain in the center of the bed. This was quite disgusting and while biting my tongue, called down to reception. A lady answered and I explained that I needed my sheets to be changed. She asked me for my room number and immediately put the phone down once I told her. It's strange that she wouldn't find it fit to offer an apology or even say goodbye when finishing a conversation, or even tell me: "Okay, someone will be up shortly". About 10 minutes later, a security guard knocks on my door and gives me new sheets that I now need to put on my bed. I asked him if this is normal for security to do housekeeping calls and he answered that all the housekeepers have gone home. Keeping in mind that I needed to get up at 04:00am to leave for a long journey home. The reason for my complaint is just to inform you of what's happening in your hotel and I don't think I'll stay there again.
