Discovery and ER24 lack of service

Dear Hello Peter

I come here today with a heavy heart. We as a family have experienced an utmost tragedy this afternoon a few minutes past 17:00. my sister (19) has a very rare heart condition that is still unconfirmed as to exactly what it is or what is the cause of the condition. to briefly explain to you, she will faint sometimes, this occurrence is completely random, it has happened a lot in the past and a lot more often recently. as you could have guessed it happened this afternoon as well but, that is not the reason why i am here. discovery health has failed to rise to the occasion today as my sister was completely paralyzed not even breathing. ER24 was quickly on the scene to try and stabilize the situation, struggling we started arranging with the hospital (wilgers) and the medical aid so my sister can be booked in to minimize the risk of heart failure ect. it took 15 mins if not more for discovery to give clearance to ER24 to continue with the transfer. only to note that they will be going to MIDMED, where there is no Dr. with the background of this condition furthering my sisters risk. for the fees we pay, discovery has failed to even come close to expectation.
