Pathetic Lack of Service

On the 31st October 2013 I sent an email giving notice to cancel my medical aid, no 80100401093, with them with effect the 1st December 2013. To date they have not cancelled now they say they do not accept my cancellation notice.

You cannot get hold of anyone with any intelligence at their call centre and all they do is send out stupid emails with no contact email address on at all. All they want me to do is continue paying premiums which I refuse to do.

This organisation is a joke on every level!
