Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Shocking!!!

I have been with Fedhealth since November 2013 and have been paying every month. I am looking at adding a 3rd person on my plan but I think this would be a big mistake and so want to cancel this rubbish. My issue is till today i have not received my medical aid cards, my son does not stay with me so needs to have his card, even though I dont get sick much i still need a card too. I have called in every month and keep getting promised that it has been sent and yet here we are still waiting. I have never received such bad service in my life before and I worry how bad will it be when i need them to assist me medically when they cant get a simple thing like this right. Stay away from Fedhealth for your own sanity.
