Rotting deck and dirty furniture

We stayed at Dolphin Beach Hotel in the self catering cabanas. Very expensive accommodation. Per their bookings they are 4 star rated. My unit barely made 2 stats - cupboard in kitchen rotting, fridge constantly leaking water, dirty lounge suite and torn lounge suit. While braaing on the deck my husband stepped through one of the rotting planks - i informed reception that my husband hurt his foot due to the rotting deck - they apologised and never again asked if he is ok. The safe needed to be replaced which took 3 days - our spending money was cash and i had to carry all of it with me until they replaced the safe. When opening the window one morning it fell out. The one lamp was broken and every time you walk past the lamp shade would fall off. Units need a serious upgrade - they are charging 4 star rated fees for units that are falling apart.
