Efund promised but nothing materialised

I exited your scheme in June and i had to wait 6 months for a refund and was told the reason i was not credited automatically in novemeber was because you said my bank details were not on record which i find hard to beleive. i was promised my refund of approximately R3000.00 would reach my account by latest yesterday and as a result of your pathetic service my debit order didnt go through and for such a big company who i thought prided themselves in delivering on their promises and provididing good service you clearly not living up to your name
