I have been a member of this medical aid for! 4 years 10 of this i have been on ARV's this medical aid then was charging around 5k for treatment. towards the end of 2013 i started getting r173 levy charges when i pick up my treatment. i have been fighting this battle as i did not understand why these charges after i have been forced to take the freaken cheapest generic. i have been shoved from pillar to post with no one knowing why this is happen;ing. discovery in the meantime have a pointed a courier pharmacy which is quiet cool but the forgot to inform theirv members like me . so i finally get wind of this and follow up> i am given the contacts of optipharm and i ask Ramon Klein a million times what abt the script and he says dont worry optipharm will call us . and guess what is the 1st question the call centre person asks me do u have a script. why would discovery want to frustrate me to a point of stopping my treatment> I am on the most expensive plan who do they wanna kill me i asm not supose to stress because of my illnes didcovery se man
