My Chronic Appliances application not approved

L am so frustrated with the treatment that l am getting from Discovery Health. I had a colostomy bag placed in March and supposed to be covered under chronic benefits. My Stoma Therapist sent a Script of the appliances that we thought would work on me and she clearly stated that it was an estimate script, Discovery approved but then the appliances could not work on me and l personally called Discovery and explained my situation and they said my Therapist should send an updated Script which she did several times and was only told that one item on the script was declined the other item nothing was said about it so l do not know where l stand right now. The first script that was approved had 4 items, l stopped using them because they couldn't work on me literally all l need is 2 items from the updated script.
l have been with Discovery for more than 6 years and this is the treatment that l get form them. Since April when l started getting my Stoma Products all the claims where paid from my savings now they are finished. Because of my condition l am always visiting Doctors l needed my savings now it means l must pay for my stoma products and pay for my Doctor's visit's from my pocket
