Protea Hotels Prokard are

I renewed my prokard in 2009 by allowing them to debit my credit card which they did about R1000. They never delivered. After numerous requestes which were igonored, I then asked for a refund and today it's Jan 2014 and I am still waiting. It must come with interest now for all these years.
