Poor service to a disabled person

I am a 41 year old male suffering with MNS. Beginning of December 2013 I applied for home care nursing because I can only walk small distances, has a balance disorder, poor sight and can't speak at all. I need 24 hour medical assistance. Tiney at the HRM department ignored my application, so I had to call one of the directors, Gideon Serfontein. After several call from him stating that I am the one Polmed cant get hold of, I informed him about my speech disability, and several attempted calls made by a friend to Tiny without any success. I left several messages with switcboard, tried to call numeral times without any answer. I even threatened the director telling him a will file a complaint with the Board of medical schemes, without any luck. They feel NOTHING for a disabled person or his democratic rights!
