Great service from Gernessa Homecare Services

My mom needed home-care as she has broken wrist, cracked collarbone and a foot operation which was caused by falling. She is old an in and out of hospital. She is very independent and it was very hard for her to accept that she needed to be taken care of. I go the number from the hospital, several times on short notice I contacted Gernessa Home-care Services and each time they responded immediately. The two carers looking after her, relieving each other on a weekly basis are professional and well trained. ( Martha and Modjadji) A sister visits on a regular basis to ensure all is well. A "sielkundige" visited my mom in the beginning to make her aware that she needed to be looked after, after the visit my mom accepted the assistance that she so needed. It is very difficult for us as children to take care of my mom while we do have a full time job. The staff at the office in Pretoria are very helpful and goes out of their way to assist, as we needed Gernessa again as from the 25 December 2013 when she came out of the step down clinic. Within a few minutes all was arranged and confirmed. Many thanks for such excellent service Gernessa, much appreciated. I will always recomend you!
