Hi Discovery,

I would like to take this time in complimenting your Company with the wonderful service i have received.

About a month ago i spoke to a Call centre agent by the name of Divendra who assisted me greatly in explaining everything i needed to know and helping me with the authorisation on my son's eye operation due next month. When i called back about 2 weeks ago, i gave my reference number: 2726824747 and asked for Devendra to call me back as he knew my whole story from scratch. He kindly put me on hold and spoke to authorisations regarding the operation that is needed. I spoke to a wonderful person in authorisations, but did not manage to get his name. He also helped me greatly with all the info i needed and was so very kind and helpful over the phone. I would love to deal with these wonderful people on a daily basis.
