Worst service eve

I made a booking for the 4 of january for the buffet on the boat that runs from 7 pm till 10 pm, after query the time more than once I was told that yes 7-10 pm is the correct time, worst part of it all it was my anniversary, and they did absolutley nothing about it, is extremely bad service and organisation I will be sure not to recommend them to anybody, its an excuse of a 4 star rating hotel
