We wanted a place for 5 adults and a baby. They said they only have a room for four and a room for 2 and said we must pay both rooms in FULL! They then changed our 4 bedroom cottage to a 5 bedroom cottage, which was big enough for all of us to stay in. When we told them that we won't need the exstra cottage, because that one was big enough for us, they said that we already paid and will not give our money back. That is. Then they went on saying that we expected more people, which we were not. It was the 5 of us from the begining with the baby. Further more our cottage was DIRTY, they were moving lawns around the cottage THE WHOLE day! And they wanted to charge us R50 to use a braai, because the braai that came with our house was broken. And I don't even want to start on the rude attitute of the owner when we tried to explain to him what was going on! So we paid R700 for a cottage that we never used, they did not pay us a cent back! RUDE and make up stories to suit their needs and make me look like a fool! That place will NEVER see me again!
