To whom it may concern,

When We got to Peermont Mectourt in Francistown about 5pm and were told that there was no booking made for us by you - see confirmation below!! We were even allowed to check their bookings on their computer!! They were very embarrassed and we were very angry. So it seems you took my money and didn't bother to contact the Peermont Metcourt at all, which meant that after driving for 9 hours, tired and hungry, we didn't have a place to stay.
Please refund me my money. Contact me on 0827714661.
We are very angry and disappointed. Will definitely never use you again for any hotel bookings.
