Two weeks waiting for proof of membership

On the 5th of December I paid for 12 month membership, of which I was supposed to receive a letter of proof of membership within 24 hours. After calling 6 times and being told that I would receive the letter within 5 minutes I am still waiting for that letter. It's been two weeks now.
