HOTELSTAY & BACKBEAT DINING DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAY

A very good sales consultant phoned me about special discount vouchers with the Hotelstay & Backbeat group. I explained that I live in a small town and will probably not be making use of the meal vouchers, but was interested in the Hotelstay offer of 50% discount IF they had hotels/resorts in GREECE as we plan a trip there in October 2014. The consultant ensured me that they have Hotels worldwide and that they will send me a detailed brochure with all the information. Just as I put the phone down the money was already deducted on my credit card, but I had peace of mind that my money will be refunded if I am not satisfied with what they offered, and if I cancel membership within 5 days after receiving the information. About a week later I received the information and discount vouchers. To my disappointment there was only Hotels available in South Africa and Portugal and NOT in GREECE! I immediately emailed to the only email address in the correspondence to cancel membership explaining my reasons. No response. After my 2nd follow up mail I received an email confirming my letter receives attention. Today, more than a month later no response and no refund. I want a refund ASAP!!
