Bad service from accounts person

I received 3 letters from accounts dept to tell me I must pay account in 7 days or they will hand me over, My daugther was in the Glynnwood hosp. ER Dept on the 11 May 2013. It took them seven months to send me a account, that state that I must pay the outstanding account, When I phoned the account dept. Thabiso was always busy on phone or not at his desk or will phone me back. I have phone several times and never got a answer or reply from him for two weeks, I then went to the Glynnwood Hospital myself and went to see Lucas Pieterse, He was very helpful and sort the problem out for me and I send it to my medical aid again, I then tried for two weeks to get hold of Thabiso, to tell him but still he is not available and I keep on getting reminders to settle the account, My medical will pay the account in Jan 3 2014. but I still cant get hold of Thabiso as I phoned again this morning. no help. I think their service is very poor! Gerda.
