Very Good Service

As a last minute decision my girlfriend and I decided to go to Bar Ba Coa on a Friday night. We arrived at about 8pm, hoping to get a table, as we had not made a reservation. After a very short wait we were shown to a nice table in their bar area. The service was fast and the waiters and waitresses professional, friendly, and efficient. We ordered two burgers without a starter, and both arrived quickly. The food was delicious.

When my girlfriend discovered what she thought was a hair in the last part of her meal, the waiter delt with the situation quickly and effectively, appologising and removing the offending meal. He quickly investigated, and was relieved to report that the "hair", was actually a bristle from the basting brush which would be replaced. We where offered coffee or drinks on the house.

The professionalism of the staff effectively controlled a minor incident, and we both left the resturaunt happy and impressed. We would gladly give Bar Ba Coa our highest recommendation.
